As the President of Windermere Services Northern California, Gretchen Pearson is responsible for the development, operations and service activities of independently-owned Windermere Real Estate offices throughout Northern California. With currently 23 offices from Salinas to Redding, Gretchen has more than doubled the number of offices in Northern California since her inception. With her professional history and experience rooted in the East Bay, it made sense for Gretchen to expand Windermere's East Bay presence with offices of her own. Gretchen's offices, Windermere Welcome Home, can be found in San Ramon, Livermore, Castro Valley and Alameda, housing many of the city and counties top producers.
Dan Pearson, CFO, Windermere Services Northern California
As the Chief Financial Officer of Windermere Services Northern California, Dan Pearson works directly with Windermere owners and vendors to ensure a smooth relationship for all.
Kristen Licht, Marketing Director, Windermere Services Northern California
Kristen serves as the Marketing Director working closely with Northern California's new and existing office owners. From office inception to agent training to network event management, Kristen acts as a liaison, showcasing Windermere's technology and marketing tools to the network, and supporting the growth throughout the region.
